The City of Baltimore seems to crave selling water bill liens for a few hundred dollars that then result in the loss of an already paid off home valued in the tens of thousands of dollars.

Even if the homeowner was taking care of an elderly parent with alzheimers and took time off from their job, that's no excuse according to Baltimore's City Hall. Baltimore City Hall actually fought legislation that would have prohibited using an unpaid water bill to file a lien on a home.

Foreclosure Mom raps about some very important stuff, especially starting at 2 minutes in. I believe Barack Obama should be impeached over requiring americans to be several months behind on their mortgage payments before being able to qualify for a HAMP or EHLP because the banks then start a parallel foreclosure procedure.

In other words, Barack Obama is sanctioning fraud against the american people by requiring they fall behind on their home mortgage, which allows banks to begin a parallel foreclosure process, before any government program is made available to help that homeowner.

That Credit Card Reform Bill Act has not even officially started yet and already it has resulted in more financial destruction than if it had never been implemented. Even when it is implemented, banks can just cancel your card at any time!

States can now sue banks over home mortgage deception because of key Supreme Court Ruling.

The New York Times is reporting that the supreme court 5-4 vote allowing states to sue banks for creating sub-prime mortgages that the banks then sold off to Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac, may have far reaching consequences.

The ability for states to sue the banks over the Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac sub prime mortgages that they created may help encourage the banks to not continue foreclosing on homes at a rate that apparently approaches 10,000 homes a day!

If you are motivated to call your congressperson in your district, REMIND THEM that the Supreme Court has ruled that states can sue banks over the subprime mortgage accounts that were then re-sold to freddie mae and freddie mac before the accounts defaulted. REMIND YOUR CONGRESS PERSON that the banks now have a reason to work with the states to come up with better solutions to the home mortgage crisis.

You can credit both Elliot Spitzer and then Andrew Cuomo with successfully bringing this court case to the supreme court, and winning.

But it is so much worse than that. You see, the credit card industry giggily put a hole so big in the credit card reform bill of 2009 that it is almost dead on arrival. The solution to destroying the credit card reform bill act was so simple you'd think you were in a sit com and the joke was on you.

The credit card companies can simply CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD if they want to change terms, AND THEY CAN DO IT INSTANTLY, thereby blowing to smithereens the whole concept of the 45 day delay in any new change in terms.

Wow.

If credit card companies are going to start canceling cards so they can just change their terms to whatever they want, then the amount of NEW credit card offers with NEW terms, with NEW TERMS just the way the credit card company wants the new terms to be, is going in the mail even as I write this.

Wow.

Glass-Steagall Act isn't being considered because of Jamie Dimon's influence over Barack Obama.

This is an interesting video clip that quickly educates you about Glass-Steagall while also explaining why such a logical, simple concept which may not be being considered because of Jamie Dimon's relationship with Barack Obama.

My interpretation of the video is that once Glass-Steagall was rescinded, banks were allowed to co-mingle their mom and pop local economy money with the richer investors venture capital. If the venture capital project was successful, it meant that wall street had found another country to outsource jobs to and main street lost jobs!

If the venture capital was not successful, it just meant the banks were hugely in debt to their very rich customers. Either way, main street was basically hurt.

What possibly propped up our economy for the first several years after Glass-Steagall was rescinded was some of the new found wealth made it back to the United States in the form of newly wealthy foreigners coming to the United States to buy homes.

So, main street did benefit if they had owned their home already and saw the value of their home continue to rise. However, these homeowners were then lured to get equity lines of credit. Even that would have been ok if people were reinvesting in their local communities.

Unfortunately, when all the product going into the homes is from other countries, and some of the labor being used is not on the books, it becomes a recipe for disaster.

Ann Minch is actually on the radio as I post this, if you click on this link and got Oct. 27, 2009, 6:00pm hour you can hear Ann's fantastic interview. Ann brings out the best in the people who interview her. It looks like they keep the podcasts up for about 4 months, so don't dilly dally if you want to hear it, for free, it's really good radio.

The shock and awe that comes forth from both John and Ken over the 30% interest rate charges that Ann was initially hit with rivals the day someone first claimed Santa Claus did not exist and you foolishly believed them.

I happened to catch Ann on the radio while I was in the car, ironically enough, going to the post office to mail a bill! When the interview is posted online I will post a link. It's a very compelling discussion. John and Ken of KFI-640 AM radio have a certain brutal honesty to them and their take on the credit card companies is spot on.

Chase Bank takes the easy way out and forecloses on this person's home. The words are brilliant in the YouTube video, the prose amazing. This foreclosed upon youtube filmmaker and mother of college aged kids asks, "Oh my Barack Obama, where are you now?"

Perhaps Barack Obama is on the phone with his favorite Wall Street Banker, Jamie Dimon, of Chase Bank. Or perhaps Barack Obama is pounding down a couple of beers with his new male friends, Crowley and Gates.

The two females who actually did the right thing by calling the police station and cautiously explaining the situation because they were not sure what the two males were doing on the front porch, have been snubbed by Barack Obama and the white house.

Some people are slow to "change".

I'm not writing this article or creating this blog with either a democrat or republican agenda. I may be upset with Barack Obama for being a flim flam man, but I also believe the Republicans have never met a banker they did not like.

Please support your fellow citizens with your own time, as it seems the higher ups have more important things to tend to like hosting beer meetings and birthday cupcake parties than preventing massive amounts of PREVENTABLE home foreclosures.

I started this blog, ROBOTS AGAINST CHASE.com in case ROBOTS AGAINST CHASE BANK.com is taking too long to load. On Robots Against Chase Bank.com, the youtube videos are all embedded on the website. Here on ROBOTS AGAINST CHASE.COM, the youtube videos are represented as visual stills that will link back to the YouTube page when you click on an image.

I will try and keep the content identical on both sites to avoid any additional confusion. I found the reason I was having trouble loading ROBOTS AGAINST CHASE BANK.com might have been related to not updating the latest software for my browser.

None the less, I would rather give the option of a faster loading time to anyone who is interested. It took me several hours to rebuild the site from scratch, but you are all worth it.
