Ann Minch is actually on the radio as I post this, if you click on this link and got Oct. 27, 2009, 6:00pm hour you can hear Ann's fantastic interview. Ann brings out the best in the people who interview her. It looks like they keep the podcasts up for about 4 months, so don't dilly dally if you want to hear it, for free, it's really good radio.
The shock and awe that comes forth from both John and Ken over the 30% interest rate charges that Ann was initially hit with rivals the day someone first claimed Santa Claus did not exist and you foolishly believed them.
I happened to catch Ann on the radio while I was in the car, ironically enough, going to the post office to mail a bill! When the interview is posted online I will post a link. It's a very compelling discussion. John and Ken of KFI-640 AM radio have a certain brutal honesty to them and their take on the credit card companies is spot on.
